Brian David Robinson is the creator of Kid Kulinaire, a program designed specifically to combat the global childhood obesity epidemic and the Family Youth Advisor for Born in Poughkeepsie, New York, he currently resides in Apopka, Florida.

At the young age of 14, Brian began his cooking career at Coppola’s, an Italian restaurant in Hyde Park, New York. While in high school, he attended the B.O.C.E.S. culinary program. Brian graduated in 1990 from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Over the years, he has developed his talents with various well-known companies in the US: Walt Disney World, Hyatt, Brio Millenia & Bonvie (BDI), AVI (Kenyon College) and COSI Children’s Museum, to name a few. Brian also co-owns a restaurant/business service training and consulting group.
