Kid Kulinaire is now licencing the 2 newly developed health and fitness programs "Kid Fun Fit" and "Multicultural Martial Arts" to; facilities, gyms, studios, fitness facilities, community centers and schools delivering comprehensive and well rounded programs combining the success of Kid Kulinaire with healthy and balanced activities that:

  • Increase confidence, focus and self-esteem
  • Build a stable frame of mind
  • Prevent Bullying
  • Develop Positive Behavior
  • Build Life Skills and Tools for Success

Kid Fun Fit

"Kid Fun Fit" brings together the creativity of play with exercise to letting kids experience fitness through fun! We combine games with stretching, balance, calisthenics, team work and fitness challenges to experience fitness in a playful safe and encouraging environment.

Classes are part of a health and fitness program designed by Kid Kulinaire and developed in partnership with JB studios to bring the best in health & fitness choices for children direct to them. With licencing all your members will recieve free memberships to KidKulinaire.com (Family . Food . Fitness . Fun).

Multi Cultural Martial Arts for Kids

"Multi Cultural Martial Arts" 

This program teaches Kids the training fundamentals that all martial art styles share as a foundation then brings together the wisdom from various cultures. Classes celebrate and share the approaches of cultures by giving members a unique opportunity to experience the arts that created them; Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Kenpo, Karate, Capoeira, Tai Chi Chuan, Jujitsu, and more.

Classes are based on the principal that there are no best martial art styles only the best practitioners of their art.

Kids learn honesty, confidence, self-esteem, focus, better behavior humility teamwork, discipline, self defense, respect for others with their cultures and not being bullied.
