Why do teens need so much sleep? The main reason is because during puberty your biological clock changes to accommodate later wake up and sleep times, which is why teens tend to sleep in so much later than when they were younger. Another reason is because a teen’s body is growing and developing faster than ever before.

All you have to do is grab a piece of paper and write three separate columns: Absolute Musts, Musts, and Wants.
