This Valentine's Day you can celebrate knowing chocolate has health benefits!

Packed with natural antioxidants, dark chocolate and cocoa sit in the same good-for-you category as green tea and blueberries. That's because chocolate comes from cocoa beans, which grow on the cacao tree and are full of natural plant nutrients. Dark chocolate and cocoa may be good for your heart, reducing blood pressure. With the start of a New Year almost everyone has a "New Year's resolution". We often decide to make changes and for whatever reason it is universally decided to put it off until Jan 1st. "Next year I'm going to..." is the mantra of choice; "Next year I am going to lose 20 lbs and run a half marathon" or "Next year I'm going to get straight A's".
