Ingredients:
1 Tblsp Butter
¼ cup Sauteed Mushrooms
1 pich of Kosher Salt & Pepper mix
A Splash Wine/water mix
1 1/2 oz. Cherry
3 oz. Sliced Chicken
1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 oz. Alfredo Sauce
7 oz. RigatoniPasta
1 Tblsp Asiago Cheese
Directions:
Heat butter, mushrooms and salt & pepper mix in a pan till mushrooms are light golden in spots. Deglaze with sherry wine/water mix and reduce. Add chicken, Chicken Stock, Alfredo
sauce and spinach and bring to a boil. Heat pasta in boiling water, drain and
add to pan. Pile high on plate, pulling out chicken, spinach and mushrooms to show on top. Sprinkle asiago cheese on top.
