4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked Turkey or Chicken (ground beef is great to)
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 pkg. Frozen Puff pastry sheets thawed
1 Tbsp. Milk
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix cream cheese, turkey (Chicken or Beef), onions and parsley until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the pastry on a cutting board and cut out 15-20 circles from each pastry sheet. Beat egg and milk with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon 1 tsp. of the mixture onto center of each pastry circle. Brush edge of pastry circle with egg mixture. Fold pastry in half and completely enclose filling; press edges together to seal. Place on baking sheet; brush tops with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 12- 15 min. or until golden brown and serve immediately.
