2 ciabatta rolls
6 oz deli turkey
2 slices of provolone cheese
2 slices tomato
1/4 cup roasted red peppers (sliced)
1/4 cup marinated artichoke heart pieces
1 tablespoon garlic spread (see separate recipe)
1/4 cup mayonnase
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
Smear the inside of the ciabatta roll with a liberal amount of the garlic spread.
Top with remaining ingredients, then sandwich the two sides together.
Grill on an indoor contact grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
Note: If you're not familiar, a contact grill is one with a hinged lid that heats food on top and bottom. Alternatve method to cook, is to press and tightly wrap the sandwich in foil, then bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with a side salad.
