Peanut Butter & Jelly Pizza

A new twist on two everyday favorites.



pizza dough shell 16" (15 oz) 
peanut butter 1 cup
grape jelly 1 cup



Pull pizza dough from freezer
Place individual dough on lightly oiled or sprayed 18" pizza pan or large cookie sheet 

Proof dough according to package directions

(Do not dock the dough) Press the dough down allowing for an outside crust

Par bake the pizza dough (until firm but still white/ pale in color)

While still warm spread peanut butter over each shell and top with jelly

Bake in oven until crust is golden brown

Cut and serve
